TFS is led by Mr Plamen Grozdanov, Mrs Dimitrinka Spiridonova and Mrs Andreana Premyanova. Each of them is a professional tax advisor and has an extensive experience obtained during their employment with the tax authorities and / or the Big 4 worldwide professional firms providing audit, tax and financial advisory services.

Plamen Grozdanov has a master’s degree in economics obtained from the University of National and World Economy in Sofia. He has over 15 years of experience in the area of taxes.

Working for the tax administration Plamen has been responsible for providing opinions and rulings to the tax authorities and taxpayers on the interpretation of tax laws; elaborating on new and amending existing laws; carrying out tax audits and issuing decisions on appeals against tax assessment deeds.

After leaving the tax administration, Plamen has been working for Ernst & Young and Deloitte in Bulgaria. He has also worked for Deloitte Belgium where he has been involved in various large cross-border projects. At the Big 4 and in particular as head of the Indirect Taxes / VAT Service Line of Deloitte Bulgaria, Plamen was responsible for providing advisory services; performing tax reviews in the areas of VAT, excise and custom duties; carrying out EU accession and post accession projects and has helped many clients in adapting their systems and practices to achieve compliance with the EU regulations.

As a holder of a US Treasury certificate for professional lecturer Plamen participated in various workshops and seminars in Bulgaria and other European countries.


Dimitrinka Spiridonova has a master’s degree in economics from the University of National and World Economy in Sofia.  She also possesses a Diploma in Financial Management from the ACCA, Great Britain.  She has more than 12 years work experience in the field of accounting and taxation. 

During her work for the tax administration Dimitrinka was in charge of negotiating the Bulgarian double tax treaties with other countries; providing opinions and rulings to the tax authorities and taxpayers on the interpretation of the tax laws; elaboration of amendments to the tax laws and carrying out tax audits.

After leaving the tax administration Dimitrinka joined Ernst & Young, and subsequently, Deloitte Bulgaria.  At the Big 4 she has specialized and managed projects in the following areas:

  • International Taxation and Tax Structuring,
  • Corporate Income Taxation,
  • Mergers & Acquisitions,
  • Transaction Support & Due Diligences,
  • Transfer Pricing,
  • Personal Income Taxation.

She was also the EU Grants & Incentives Service Line Leader of Deloitte, where she was responsible for facilitating EU funds and financing acquisition by various clients.

She has managed the structuring of one of the most complex mergers & acquisitions taken place on the Bulgarian market.

Dimitrinka has been nominated by the national tax authorities and approved by the European Commission to act as one of the four Arbiters of Bulgaria in the cases of transfer pricing disputes between Bulgaria and third countries under the Arbitration Convention.

She has various trainings and specializations, as well as multiple publications for national and international issues, incl. for the International Fiscal Academy in Amsterdam.

Andreana Premyanova is a lawyer. She holds Masters Degrees in law from the Moscow State University of International Relations (MGIMO), Russia and from the University of Saarbruecken, Germany. She has certificates in European Programmes Management from the American University in Bulgaria and in International Business Organisations from the College of Law of England and Wales and has completed various trainings in taxation.

In addition to the work for “Wolf Theiss & Partners” (an Austrian legal firm) and Hursev Co Ltd. (a Bulgarian financial company) her professional experience encompasses a five-year practice in the tax advisory departments of Ernst & Young and PricewaterhouseCoopers.

At the Big 4 she has participated in a large number of due diligence projects (both, tax and legal) and has provided advice on various tax issues and cross-border transactions with a heavy emphasis on VAT, excise and customs duties and environmental taxes in the last two years.

Andreana is admitted to the Bulgarian Bar since 2003 and is member of the International Bar Association and the Bulgarian-Greek Legal Club.

She speaks English, German and Russian.
